Privacy Policy Statement

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. Therefore, we exclusively process your data on the basis of provisions of data protection laws (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this information on data protection we inform you about the most important aspects of how your data is processed on our website.

Upon visiting our website, your IP address, the beginning and end of the session is collected for the duration of the session. This is due to technical reasons and thus represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6 (1) lit f GDPR. Unless otherwise stated below, we will not process this data further.

On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Article 6 (1) lit f GDPR) we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC („Google“). Google uses Cookies. The information generated by the Cookie about the use of the website by the user is usually sent to a Google server in the U.S. and stored there.

Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Framework and therefore guarantees to comply with the European data protection laws (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

To prevent this, you can set your web browser to not store Cookies.

We have a contract for data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is captured, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible.

The data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions of Article 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) lit a (given consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our legitimate interest in accordance with the GDPR is to improve our offer and our web presence. Since we take the privacy of our users seriously, the user data is pseudonymized.
